Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems <br data-mce-fragment="1">Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it correct.

Exchange <br data-mce-fragment="1">The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period <br data-mce-fragment="1">Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, without any valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds <br data-mce-fragment="1">Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
